Terms and Conditions for Aman Rent a Car

Please read the Agreement below carefully before using the Aman Rent a Car platform. By accessing or using the Aman Rent a Car platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Aman Rent a Car platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Aman Rent a Car platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Aman Rent a Car may terminate this Agreement with respect to you, cease offering, or deny access to the Aman Rent a Car platform at any time for any reason without notice.

2. Amendments to the Agreement

Aman Rent a Car may amend this Agreement and its Terms and Conditions from time to time. These amendments will be effective upon the posting of the updated Agreement at this location or other locations where Aman Rent a Car maintains and updates the Terms. Your continued access to or use of the Aman Rent a Car platform after such updates will constitute your consent to be bound by the amended Agreement.

3. Description of the Platform

The Aman Rent a Car platform is a digital network that allows users to arrange and schedule car rentals for a defined or agreed-upon period of time. The vehicles and drivers available for booking through the platform are third-party providers who are registered with Aman Rent a Car but are independent entities. You understand and accept that your ability to obtain transportation through the use of Aman Rent a Car services does not establish Aman Rent a Car as a provider of transportation, logistics, or delivery services or as a transportation carrier.

4. Limitation of Liability

Aman Rent a Car, its affiliates, and its partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the Aman Rent a Car platform or services, even if Aman Rent a Car has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Aman Rent a Car and its affiliates and partners shall not be liable for any damages, liabilities, or losses arising out of:

(a) Your use of or reliance on the Aman Rent a Car platform or services, or your inability to access or use the Aman Rent a Car platform or services; or

(b) Any transaction or relationship between you and any driver or other third-party provider, even if Aman Rent a Car or its affiliates or partners have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Aman Rent a Car and its affiliates and partners shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control.
